The price you’re quoted is the price you pay, with nothing added on top. Every one covers a two-person crew, all carrying and dismantling, transport, licensed disposal and your waste transfer note.

Measured as space filled in the van and judged by the crew on site — you pay for the band we actually fill, not the one you booked. Loads over the weight allowance are £192 a tonne for the excess, which almost never applies to household clearance.

That's the complete list — there's no waiting-time charge and nothing extra for a Saturday. The out-of-hours percentage applies to the collection charge only, never to disposal costs.
